The Segway Ninebot E3 Electric Scooter brings dual suspension and connected features to a folding city scooter. It is easy to store between trips, with a clear display to keep riding information in view.

The Australian model is limited to 25 km/h. Your scooter includes its charger, so you have what you need to charge it before the first ride.

Front and rear elastomer suspension help soften uneven surfaces. The air-filled, 10-inch tubeless tyres work with the suspension for a more comfortable ride. SegRide stability technology and app-activated traction control add support.

The rear-wheel motor delivers 400W nominal and 800W peak power. Segway rates climbing capability at up to 18% gradient under test conditions. A front drum brake works with rear electronic braking.

Plan the distance ahead

The 36V / 276Wh battery provides up to 45 km at 15 km/h in Segway's Eco Mode test. At 25 km/h, the tested range is approximately 30 km.

Allow around 5.5 hours for a full charge with the included charger. Hills, rider weight, tyre pressure and frequent stops can reduce the distance available.

Lighting & care

Practical details for regular riding

A 4W headlight, turn indicators and rear brake light help you see and signal. The scooter body is rated IPX5 for water resistance, with an IPX7-rated battery.

Follow the manual's care instructions, check the tyres regularly and ensure the scooter and charging connection are dry before charging.

Yes. Your E3 comes with its charger. A full charge takes approximately 5.5 hours.

Will I get 45 km on every charge?

The 45 km figure is the tested maximum in Eco Mode at 15 km/h. Segway reports approximately 30 km at 25 km/h. Your route, load, weather and riding style affect actual range.

Can I fold the E3 for storage?

Yes. The folding stem helps it fit into smaller storage spaces. Check the folded dimensions against your available space and allow for its 17.5 kg weight when lifting.

Does Apple Find My work with Android?

Apple Find My requires a compatible Apple device. The Segway Mobility app provides the scooter's other supported connected features.
