Bike Scooter Garage offers local delivery using Uber Direct for eligible orders.

Uber Delivery is available for local customers who meet the delivery distance and weight requirements below. This service is designed for fast local delivery of parts, accessories, and eligible products.

Delivery Requirements

To use Uber Delivery, your order must meet these requirements:

• Delivery address must be within a 15 km straight-line radius from Bike Scooter Garage
• Order must be 20 kg or under
• Uber Delivery must be available to your address at checkout
• The correct delivery option must be selected at checkout

Uber Delivery is available to eligible addresses within approximately 15 km of Bike Scooter Garage, Marsden QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA

Business Hours

Uber Direct Delivery availability is shown at checkout. Our normal business hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

Outside the service's configured business hours, checkout may offer Uber Direct Delivery · Next business day. Timing depends on order preparation, stock, staff and driver availability. This is not a guaranteed dispatch or arrival time.

The live delivery price is shown at checkout and depends on your eligible address and cart. An approximate total delivery estimate is shown with the option. Tracking is included.

Delivery estimates are approximate and depend on order preparation and driver availability. Selecting the next-business-day option does not guarantee dispatch or arrival on a particular date.

If you do not see this option at checkout, Uber Delivery is not available for that order, address, weight, or delivery area.

Other Delivery Options

If Uber Delivery is not available, you can still choose from our other delivery options where available, including Australia Post and other courier services.

We offer delivery options for local, Australia-wide, and selected international orders.

Local delivery is our separate merchant-arranged service: free within 35 km on otherwise eligible orders of $998 or more. It is different from the paid, live-quoted 15 km Uber Direct Delivery service. Local delivery orders are usually ready for delivery next business day, and we will contact you to arrange delivery.
