Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to products purchased using a purchase option offered by Bike Scooter Garage, including subscriptions, pre-orders, recurring purchases and deferred-payment purchase options where applicable.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are products that are ordered before they are available for immediate fulfilment. Estimated availability or dispatch dates shown on our website are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bikescootergarage.com.au. Where the order has not yet been dispatched or otherwise committed as a special-order item, we will generally accept the cancellation and refund any eligible amount to the original payment method.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a normal purchase and our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
Where Bike Scooter Garage offers a subscription or recurring purchase option, the price, billing frequency and other applicable terms will be displayed before checkout.
Customers may cancel an eligible subscription through their customer account where this functionality is available, or by contacting us at contact@bikescootergarage.com.au.
Cancellation prevents future eligible recurring charges and orders. Orders or payments that have already been processed before a cancellation takes effect are not automatically cancelled and may be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Deferred Purchases
Where a purchase involves a future or deferred payment, the applicable payment amount and timing will be displayed at checkout. By completing the purchase, you authorise the applicable payment method to be charged in accordance with the terms displayed when the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel a deferred purchase before the remaining payment has been processed or the product has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation will depend on the status and terms of the particular order.
Special Orders
Certain special-order, custom-order or specifically sourced products may have additional cancellation restrictions where clearly disclosed before purchase. These restrictions do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
