The Segway Ninebot E2 Pro Electric Scooter brings practical riding features to a folding frame. Its rear motor helps with acceleration and inclines, while an easy-to-read dashboard puts speed and battery information in view.
Turn indicators, two braking systems and app connectivity make it a useful option for regular local trips. Your E2 Pro includes its charger.
Motor & control
Rear-wheel power for everyday riding
The motor produces 350W nominal power and up to 750W peak power. Segway rates hill climbing at up to 18% gradient under test conditions. The Australian model's maximum speed is 25 km/h.
Traction control helps manage wheel slip. Adjust your speed to the surface and conditions.
Range & charging
Choose a mode to suit the trip
The 36V / 275Wh battery delivers up to 40 km in Eco at 15 km/h, 35 km in Standard at 20 km/h or 27 km in Sport at 25 km/h in Segway's tests. Actual range changes with rider weight, terrain, temperature and stops.
Allow approximately 5.5 hours for charging with the included charger.
Tyres & brakes
Air-filled tyres and dual braking
The 10-inch tubeless pneumatic tyres provide an air cushion between you and the road. The E2 Pro has no separate suspension system, so it suits smoother paved routes.
A front drum brake works with a rear electronic brake. Check tyre pressure and brake operation as part of regular care.
Visibility
Show your direction
A 2.1W front light, rear brake light and direction indicators support visibility on your route. RGB ambient lighting adds colour along the deck. The scooter body is rated IPX4 and the battery pack IPX6 for water resistance.
Connected features
Your scooter, connected
View ride information on the 2.8-inch dashboard and connect to the Segway-Ninebot app over Bluetooth for supported settings and vehicle information.
Apple Find My helps you locate a paired scooter using a compatible Apple device. It is separate from the Segway app.

Common questions
Is the charger included?
Yes. Your E2 Pro comes with its charger. A full charge takes approximately 5.5 hours.
Why are there different range figures?
Each mode uses a different test speed. The 40 km maximum is the Eco result at 15 km/h; Segway reports 27 km at the Australian model's 25 km/h maximum. Leave a margin for your own conditions.
Does the E2 Pro have suspension?
It has air-filled tyres but no separate front or rear suspension. Choose smoother paved routes for a more comfortable ride.
Do I need an iPhone for Apple Find My?
Find My requires a compatible Apple device and pairing. The Segway-Ninebot app provides the scooter's other supported connected functions.
