At Bike Scooter Garage, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC guidelines). This means customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or is not as described.

Return Period
• We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
• If you ordered the incorrect part, please contact us at contact@bikescootergarage.com.au so we can review your request and advise if a return is possible.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with tags, and in the original undamaged packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
• Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Clearance items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
• If you ordered the wrong part, please email us and we will review your request. Any approved return will be subject to our conditions, including restocking fees and shipping costs.

Refunds
• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
